She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert August "Jack" and Anna Slosky (Frencik); her brothers, Albert "Jack" Slosky and Arnold Dale Slosky; her stepsister Wilhelmina; and her nephew Nick Primorich.
She is survived by: her son Kurt Heinselman of Norman, OK; her friends, Mary Ann Sevik and Nick Kefal; her nephews, Kevin Slosky (Cathy) of Peachtree City, GA, Arnold Dale Slosky (Stephanie) of Thornton, CO and Ken Slosky of Hermitage, PA; her niece Lisa Hahner (Bob) of Finleyville, PA; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Shawna Slosky, Ashley, Jordan and Zane Hahner; and also, Brycen Kennedy and Alexander Kefal of Pittsburgh, PA.
In lieu of flowers, it was Kathy's wish that any memorial contributions in her name be made to the First Lutheran Church Good Shepherd Fund, a fund designated for assistance to those in need, or to the church itself, First Lutheran Church, 615 Grant St, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, or the Bentleyville Public Library, 931 Main St, Bentleyville, PA 15314..
