He was predeceased by: his cousin Michelle Davis. He is survived by: his parents, Robin Hammack (Davis) and Jerry Hammack; his siblings, Melissa Kuzmyak (Collin Barker) and Josh Hammack (Deirdra) of Latrobe; his nephews, Bryce and Nolan Hammack; his aunts, Wanda Davis of Pittsburgh and Denise Ponczak (Ed); his uncle Barry Davis (Cheryl); his girlfriend Leanna Schneider of Pittsburgh; and his pets, Ed and Ellie.
