He is survived by: his wife Gladys Winters (Matheis); and his children, Karen Welling, Cindy Hinson (Darrell), Joseph Winters, Diane Winters, Michelle Young, Jeff Winters (Barbara) and Lisa Shiring (Earl). He is also survived by grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
