He is survived by: his wife Eileen Mandella (Kirasic); his children, Kimberly McGuigan (John), Michelle Schwartz (Craig), Laurie Churma (Duane) and Beth Muchnok (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Dr. Chelsea Schwartz, Demi Schwartz, Kate Muchnok, Sean Muchnok, Brooke Churma and Montana Churma.
