He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mandella and Rose Mandella (Siwiec); his grandson Kody Churma; and his siblings, Vincent F. Mandella and Rita Hudson.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Mandella (Kirasic); his daughters, Kimberly McGuigan (John), Michelle Schwartz (Craig), Laurie Churma (Duane) and Beth Muchnok (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Dr. Chelsea Schwartz, Demi Schwartz, Kate Muchnok, Sean Muchnok, Brooke Churma and Montana Churma. He is also survived by three great-grandsons.
