He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Louise Baldwin Bigler; his parents, Joseph A. Bigler, Sr. and Louise Kahler Bigler; and his sister Thelma. He is survived by: his son Joseph A. Bigler III (Kristin); and his brothers, Elmer and Edward Bigler. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
