He is survived by: his wife Claudia (Droz); his children, Shane Lee (Kelsey), Ryan "Butch" Lee (Leslie) and Tamra (Jared Campagna); his grandchildren, Karina, John, Jacob, Zakary, Max, Van, Mia and Brooks; and his brothers, James (Cathy), David (Lauren) and Rick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
