He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kolupajlo and Bertha Kolupajlo; and his former wife Cindy Kolupajlo (Richards). He is survived by: his children, Samantha Johnson (Cole), Shannon Kolupajlo (TJ) and Nick Kolupajlo (Alyssa); his grandson Waylon John; and his sisters, Kathy Weber (Steve), Phyllis Merhaut (Neal), Patty Youschak (Martin) and Mary Lang (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
