He was predeceased by: his son John G. Bollenbacher, Jr. (Sharon); and his brother Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Violet J. Bollenbacher (Foley); his daughter Linda Hetrick (Ken); his grandchildren, John, Jeffrey and Laura Bollenbacher; and his brother Herbert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
