He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Panzino and Alta Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Emily F. Panzino; his children, Carrie Giancola (J. R.), Brian Panzino and Mike Panzino (April); his grandchildren, Alicia, Bailey, Gino, Mariana, Giana, Angelo, Vito and Jeonni; and his sister Mary Ann Panzino. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Joe may be made to the Onala Recovery Center 1625 W. Carson St. Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
