She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoffmann and Rose Hoffmann (Kubat); and her father-in-law Tom Washburn of Jeannette. She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Washburn of Holiday Park; her children, Megan Burke of Penn Hills and Brian Washburn (Shelli) of Aubrey, TX.; her grandchildren, Shayla, Jaden, Declan and Kalynn; her sister Bernadine of Ocala, FL.; and her parents-in-law, Dave Washburn (Judy) of Delmont, George Washburn (Chris) of Easton, Bill Washburn (Betty Ann) of Greensburg, Ed Washburn (Paula) of Delmont and Glenda.
