It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremy Gorniak (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandmother Judy Litz. He is survived by: his parents, Rick Gorniak and Judy Gorniak; his siblings, Eric Gorniak (Kaitlyn), Amanda Wunz (Kyle) and Kyle Gorniak (Karlei); his nieces and nephews, Kamden, Asher, Kolson, Kade, Emery, Grace and Eden; his grandparents, Jerry, Norma Gorniak and Walter Litz; and his pet Moose. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
