She was predeceased by: her mother Jan; her brother Everett H. Neill, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Paula L. Neill (Prince). She is survived by: her husband Clarence A. Hoffmann, Jr. of Plum; her children, Stacy Sylvester (Peter), Tod Hoffmann (Kara) and Shea Murtaugh (Jim); her grandsons, Garrett Sylvester and Tyler Hoffmann; her sisters-in-law, Lynn Heckel (late Bruce) and Marcia Chocinsky (Robert); her nieces, Terri and Dawn; and her nephew Robert. She is also survived by numerous cousins within her mother.
