It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Koscielniak of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 31, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Koscielniak and Regina Koscielniak (Opalinski); and his brother George Koscielniak. He is survived by: his siblings, Lawrence (Elaine), Marlene Fazio (Charles) and Judith Masci (Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
