He was predeceased by: his spouse Marion Hoolahan (Mueller); and his sister Mary Haluck. He is survived by: his sons, Theodore Hoolahan (Nancy), James Hoolahan (Rebecca) and Gregg Hoolahan (Adrienne); his grandchildren, Cohen, Catie, Calla, Will, Nolan and Emme; and his siblings, Regis Hoolahan, Rita Jankowski, Ruth Vojtko, Eileen Burns and Carol Cline. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in laws.
