She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Burns and Evelyn Burns (Adams); her sister Barbara Amidon (Burns); and her former husband Frank J. DiBernardo. She is survived by: her husband Alan Kaufman; her children, John S. DiBernardo (Sharon) of Irwin, Diane E. Anderson (DiBernardo) of Irwin, Christine (DiBernardo) and Tappe (Chuck) of Indiana, PA; her grandchildren, Jonathan DiBernardo (Cynthia), Sara Anderson, David DiBernardo (Andrea), Zack Anderson (Emily), CJ, Tristan and Jake Tappe; her stepsons, Max and Jon Kaufman; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Rhea and Ava.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc. (3343 PA-130, Harrison City, PA 15636). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
