He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hailey; his children, Damienn Hailey (Tammy) and Jacquelyn Washington; his grandchildren, Damienn Hailey, Jr., Iyauana Hailey, Cadence Hailey and Gianna Donaldson; his siblings, Hester Worthy and Aaron Washington (Terri); his cousins, Harry Washington, Ronnie Washington and Garry Washington; and his sister-in-law Diana Hailey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
