He is survived by: his children, Jack Phillips (Mary Ellen), Mary Beth Gugliuzza (Tom), Jim Phillips (Rhonda) and Kevin Phillips (Donna); his grandchildren, John, Deanna, Sarah, Ian, Kevin, Nicole and Nick; his great grandchildren, Jakob, Michael, Makenzie, Jimmy, Kalani, Azarah, John and Liam; and his sisters, Catherine Phillips Boyle and Margaret Phillips Curley.
