He is survived by: his children, Jack Jr. Werner (Kim), Janet Werner, Ronald Werner (Kathi) and Donald Werner (Denise Ciccone); and his grandchildren, Katelyn Gensler (Ray), Becky Werner, Nicholas Werner (Anna Busta), Mariah Garaux (Codey) and Heather McGrath (Joseph). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
