She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest D. Kubick, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Ernest D. Kubick, Jr. (Sherrie), Mark Kubick (Chris) and Greg Kubick (Audrey). She is also survived by grandchildren, one deceased grandchild, and five (5) great-grandchildren.
