He is survived by: his parent Clara Shackelford (Lee); his significant other Carla Simpson; his children, Desiree Brescio of Charlotte, NC, Chad Simpson of Columbus, OH, Sasha Simpson and Christian Simpson; his grandchildren, Sahera, Zyier, Mojave, Chad Jr., Chloe and Jada; his siblings, Marsha Ellis of Coraopolis, Joy Shackelford of Pittsburgh, Lee Kevin Shackelford (Natasha) of Gastonia, NC, Richard Shackelford of Walnut Creek and Timothy Shackelford (Ethel) of Wilmington, NC; and his pet Laddie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
