He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Mullen. He is survived by: his children, Laura Lynn Mullen and Ryan Henry Mullen; his grandchildren, Taylor Victoria Bell and Brooke Mullen Schreiber; and his sister Mary Jo Mullen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
