He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory, Sr. Lazarchik and Ann Lazarchik. He is survived by: his spouse Chris Lazarchik; his daughters, Brianna Lazarchik and Alyssa Natoli (Joseph); and his siblings, Laura Jones (Mike), Steven Lazarchik (Natasha) and Douglas Lazarchik.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Archangel Parish (310 Kane Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15243). A Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
