He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia M. Burgess (Murphy); his son Jeffrey Burgess; his parents, Andrew Burgess and Mary Burgess (Healy); and his brother Jack Burgess.
He is survived by: his children, William Burgess (Jeanie) and Kathleen Stangrecki (Thomas); his grandchildren, Terri, Marc, Audri and Megan; his great grandchild Morgan; and his siblings, Hugh Burgess, Florence Coyne, Milton Burgess and Albert Burgess. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry's family suggests memorials be made to a charity of one's choice.
