He is survived by: his children, Douglas Chismar (Julie) and Pamela Bergamasco (Bill); his grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Don), Jodi Wilson (Dwayne), Hannah Chismar, James Bergamasco, William Bergamasco (Lisa), Bethany LaBertew and Ryan LaBertew; his great grandchildren, Kyzen, Mason, Jaxson Smith, Alexis, Sabrina, Ava, Dakota Wilson, Layla, Samantha, Dominic, Giavanna and Antony Bergamasco; and his great great grandchild Bella Bennett.
