He is survived by: his children, Linda Carlisle (Gary Lisivick), Michael Pruni (Rita) and Fred Parks, Jr.; his granddaughter Jennifer Carlisle; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Jayana and Julia Candelaria; his siblings, Eleanor Orlowski (late Richaard), Margaret O'Shea (late Thomas), Donald Parks (Emily), Mary Ann Labriola (Leonard) and Rose Trapani (Samuel); his sibling-in-law Cay Hahn (late Chuck); and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
