He is survived by: his wife Velda Lee Bongartz (Phillips); his daughters, Brenda Lee Hosaflook (Dave), Christine Thompson and Amy Schlarp; his grandchildren, David, Brandon, Jack, Grace, Alex and Faelan; his siblings-in-law, Wally, Terry Phillips, Bob Phillips (Pat), Ron Phillips (Ann) and Peg Zawislak; his cousins, Pauline "Marty" Bongartz and Daniel Terrick; and his friends, Ron and Wally. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
