He was predeceased by: his son Frank R.; and his sister Donna Daugherty (late Al). He is survived by: his wife Yvonne West (Daugherty); his daughter Michelle Wilsher (Monty); his grandsons, Frank R. West V, Jacob West and Brandon Wilsher; and his siblings, John West (Danielle), Barbara Coleman (late Ronald), Donald West (late Sharon), Gary West and James West (Melissa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
