He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Smith "Smitty" Webb of Wilkinsburg, PA; his children, Christopher Webb (Jane Romeo) of Cleveland, OH, Wendy Kumer (Michael) of Pittsburgh and Becky Rinehart (John) of Dover, PA; and his sister Pauline Rowles of Sullivan, IL. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
