He was predeceased by: his wife Donna J. Marsico Jeffrey; and his parents, Sam Jeffrey and Louise Jeffrey. He is survived by: his children, Francis "Frank" Jeffrey Jr. (Rachel) and Mark Jeffrey (Lisa); his siblings, Theresa Brunick, Louise Reed (Robert), Anthony Jeffrey and Guy Jeffrey (Mary); and his grandchildren, Autumn and Frank Jeffrey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
