It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Sagan Quinlin (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 31, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Sagan and Emil Sagan. She is survived by: her siblings, Rosemary Lundberg (Matt), Margaret Williams, William Sagan (Pamela) and Emily Culley (Paul); her children, Molly O'Brien (Kevin), Kate Brown (Steve), Ann Davis (Jonathan) and Max Quinlin (Claire); and her grandchildren, Jack, Sloane, Laine, Quin, Jules, Shea O'Brien, Samantha, Lee Brown, Malcolm, Cooke Davis, Hugh, Rose, Harry and Felix Quinlin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Cathedral (108 N Dithridge St, Pittsburgh, PA 15213).
In lieu of flowers, please hand out full-sized candy bars on Halloween. Donations in her honor can be made to the Elizabeth Sagan Women's Health Research Foundation.
