She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter and Veronica Sokoloski of Ellwood City; her siblings, Eleanor Scantling (Kenneth), Nancy Straessley (William) and Robert Sokoloski (Marge); and her pet Snoopy.

She is survived by: her children, Veronica Guerriero (James), Samuel Rice and Elizabeth Giesey; her grandchildren, Kate Perun (Bryan), Christopher Guerriero (Anai), Sam Giesey (Shannyn), Sarah Frey (Ralph) and Peter Giesey (Erika); and her great grandchildren, Justin Guerriero, Daniel Guerriero-Bravo, Victoria Guerriero-Bravo, Maxwell Giesey, Mason Giesey, Willa Frey, Quinn Frey and Arlo Giesey.
