He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas E. Fahlor. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas P. Fahlor and Barbara A. Krizmanich Blauser (Paul Blauser) of Chicora; his stepmother Jackie Fahlor of Chicora; his siblings, Carrick J. Harp (Kara) of East Brady, Cameron R. Harp of Chicora, Austin J. Fahlor of Chicora and Anna M. Blauser of Chicora; his grandparents, Jim, June Krizmanich of Rural Valley and Sherry Osche (Bill Swanik) of Petrolia; his nephew Kegan Schrecongost; and his stepgrandparents, John Augustine and Noreen Venturini. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Memorial contributions in Dylan's memory may be made to a suicide prevention charity or a local humane society.
