He is survived by: his wife Mary Herman (Kreuzer); his daughters, Kelly Sue and Kailey Anne; his siblings, David, Denise (Bruce), Doug (late Patti) and Darren (late Karen); and his pet Max. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces.
