She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Updyke Roddy and Dorothea Farrell Crosthwaite; her husband Robert Jackson Seay; her children, Matthew Robert Townsend Seay and Elizabeth Courtenay Seay; and her stepfather Brig.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Crosswaite Clark Seay; her daughter-in-law Sarah Lynn Snyder Seay; her granddaughters, Sarah Marie Elise Seay and Catherine Harley Seay; and her stepbrothers, Edward Updyke Roddy III, Robert Andrew Roddy and Charles Townsend Roddy.
