As Donald departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Donald leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Koch and Anna Koch of Aspinwall, PA.; and his wife Elinor. He is survived by: his children, William Koch (Sharon), Keith Koch, Monica Banaszak (Michael), Colleen Murin (Michael) and Cynthia Baronti (Richard). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wolfe Memorial (3600 Greensburg Pike, Pittsburgh, PA 15221). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Of St. Joseph the Worker Parish (33 Lewin Ln, Pittsburgh, PA 15235).
