He was predeceased by: his parents, James Comans and Lucille Hutchinson Comans; and his siblings, James Comans Jr. and Barbara Comans McCloy. He is survived by: his friend Carol; his wife Carol; his sister Jacqueline Love of Athens, GA; his godchildren, Lamar Blanton (Texas) and Kaylee Drain; his siblings-in-law, Charlene, Marie Drain, Crystal Drain, Kevin Drain, Sr. Robert McCloy (Wanda) and Dennis Hughes (Gwen) of Pittsburgh, PA; and his cousin George Wilmer (Alabama). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great- nieces, and great- nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (2644 Wylie Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15219). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (2629 Wylie Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15219).
