He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mae Gerlach and Robert Gerlach; his wife Carol Gerlach (Frediani); his children, Donald Gerlach (Maria), Greg Gerlach (Shari), Jen Hoy-Gerlach (Janet) and Drew Gerlach (Abby); his grandchildren, Zachary, Abigail, Mario, Olivia, Carter, Anna, Zane and Lucas; and his siblings, Robert Gerlach (Billie), Thomas Gerlach (Lynn) and Sandy Sullivan (Raymond). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
