She was predeceased by: her parents, Odamell McMahon and Reverend Joseph A. McMahon; and her husband Allen W. Smart, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Leonard McMahon (Laurel), Arlene Gordon, Carolyn of Washington and Brenda Accoo; her sister-in-law Leslee Sparrow (Charles); and her stepdaughter Dana Smart-Fernandez. She is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of close friends.
