She is survived by: her significant other Carol Smith; her parents, Marcella Pavlik (McKeown) and Michael Pavlik; her siblings, Mary Milligan (Miles), Joanne Golubski (Bob), John Pavlik (Kathy) and Helen Bock; and her nieces and nephews, Heather, Michael, Joseph, Sean, Kevin, David, Jeremy and Bethany.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Providence Reformed Presbyterian Church (219 Ewing Rd, Carnegie, PA 15106).
In lieu of flowers, contributions will be accepted on behalf of Diane for the National Kidney Foundation (https://www.kidney.org) or the Humane Society (https://www.humanesociety.org).
