He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Megan Queen; and his sister Ann Adair. He is survived by: his wife Diane Adair (Mercurie); his daughters, Michelle Queen (Jim) and Christine Rathway (David); his grandchildren, Zachary, Joshua, Abby Andrew and Macey; his goddaughter Emily Adair; and his siblings, Susan Adair, Timothy Adair and Kathy Wilt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
