She is survived by: her children, Darnell Montgomery (Rashida), Roberts Jones and Tanika Crawley (Walter); her grandchildren, Eric, Shaquille, Marquis, Robert Jr., Tylavia, DeVaughn, Kiarra, Amir, Tamarr, Darnell II, Tylah, Trevon, Gia, Melayah, Xavier, Zoe, Brielle, Noelle, Alexander, Angel and Eli; and her siblings, Glenn (Cassandra), Thelma (Joe), Rosie and Charmaine. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
Her faith remained an important part of her life, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, she found comfort in attending church services via Zoom alongside her son.
