David J. Lipchak Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2025, at the age of 71, David J. Lipchak of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lipchak and Margaret Lipchak (Belo); and his brother George. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Gerwig; his son Nathan Gerwig (Amanda Fulmer); his granddaughters, Grace Lucille and Lilah Lynn; his nieces, Elana Lipchak (Robert Messina) and Jessica Blanton (Nathan Burton); his nephew Justin Blanton (Corin Kleineke); and his sister-in-law Tinsy Labrie. He is also survived by many loving cousins, friends.
