He was predeceased by: his parents, Hyman Hoffman and Rose Hoffman; and his sister Judi Kasdan.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the B\'Nai Israel Cemetery (1491 Blackadore Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15235).
