He was predeceased by: his father Karl Harshman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Pavlic Harshman; his children, Daniel J. Harshman (Amy Harshman), Troy T. Harshman and Carla M. Harshman (France); his mother Stella Harshman (Martino); his siblings, Patricia Laffey (Harshman) and Patrick Laffey; his aunt Rita Paulick (Martino); his brother Dan; and his friend Rick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, beloved cousins, in-laws, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beinhauer Family Funeral Homes (2828 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the St. Michael the Archangel-St. Bernard Church (311 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15216).
