He was predeceased by: his father Charles Lee. He is survived by: his spouse Malissa Forbus; his mother Elizabeth Forbus; his children, Daniel, Jr., Dominique, Jazmine, Layla and Nico; and his aunts, Wilma Griffin and Carol Love. He is also survived by many grandchildren, cousins, and friends.
