She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Dade and Craig Dillard; her mother-in-law Mary Herbert; and her sisters, MaryJane Butler and Kendall Pratt.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis Herbert; her daughter Chanel Smith (Robert Smith); her granddaughter Kyah Turner (Calvin Ely); her goddaughters, Ashlee Johnson and Chardaya Harper; her brother Dewayne Dade (Renita Dade); and her stepdaughter Teara Herbert. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the House of Law, Inc. (9406 Frankstown Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Home Going Service. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (6933 Lemington Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206).
