He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Finnigan and Helen Finnigan; his brother Timothy Finnigan; his nephew Tony Biega; and his brothers-in-law, Eddie Tustin and Jim Novick.
He is survived by: his sisters, Gloria Finnigan-Biega (Tim Black) of Millvale and Marsha Finnigan-Novick of Butler; his niece Jane Rhines; his goddaughter Katie Spare (Crystal Richmond); his nephews, Richard Biega, Steve Tustin and Ricky Novick; and his friend Lynn Clark.
