He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher F. Reiling, Sr. and Helen Miller Reiling; his wife Rita Barrett Reiling; and his siblings, Alice R. Villing (John), Lawrence C. Reiling (Joan), Helen R. Brown (James), Eileen R. Reiling and Charles J. Reiling (Eileen).

He is survived by: his children, John Patrick (Nancy), Christopher David (Sandra), Elizabeth Jane "Betsy" and Thomas Barrett Reiling; and his grandchildren, Megan (Jack), Allison, Emily and Hannah.
