He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Buggey and Frances M. Buggey (Milburn); and his siblings, William Buggey (Maryann), John Buggey (Joan) and Shawn Buggey.
He is survived by: his spouse Karalisa C. Buggey (Cender); his siblings, Grace Buggey, Rose RePep (John), Chuck Buggey (Debbie), Lisa Brennan (Jay) and Frany Sullivan (Dan); and his child Zephyr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riverview Park, Activities Building (142-182 Riverview Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15214).
