We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2021, at the age of 86, Charles Allen (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), born in Southern Pines, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Allen and Anna Allen (Thomas). He is survived by: his siblings, Levern Allen and Dorothy LeGrand; and his children, Charles E. Allen (Liz) of Pittsburgh, PA, Rodney C. Allen of Pittsburgh, PA, Cherrita Allen of Pittsburgh, PA, William C. Allen (Dorreen) of Pittsburgh, PA and Dr. Charlene Allen of Bethesda, MD.
